Preparing for exams and looking after your health and wellbeing

The exams period can be a very stressful time for students. Be sure to take frequent study breaks and get outside.

If you are in the James Joyce Library take a look at our Health and Wellbeing collection of books, which is located beside the Service Desk on Level 1. These books are free to borrow and cover a range of subjects, including managing stress, healthy eating, depression, study skills, meditation and relaxation. For more about these books see https://libguides.ucd.ie/healthandwellbeing.
