    Kavanagh Reconsidered:
    An exhibition
    UCD Special Collections holds the largest collection of papers relating to the poet Patrick Kavanagh – a popular and influential figure in Irish literary history. Drawing on letters, photographs and poems – in draft and printed form – this exhibition will explore the life and work of this controversial figure and discuss his relationship to the Irish tradition

    ‘The finest men alive’: documents of imprisonment and protest

    Join Head of UCD Archives, Kate Manning, in the James Joyce Library for a short talk about important 1916 related papers held in UCD

    Celebrating Poetry and Music: a mixed programme
    Hosted by UCD Fellow in Poetry Paul Perry and featuring readings by Sarah Clancy, Elaine Feeney, and Aidan Matthews, along with other established and new poetic voices, and musical interludes. Help us to build a Festival Poetry Wall – bring along a handwritten, signed poem you have written.
